A reverse auction is a type of auction in which the roles of buyers and sellers are reversed. In an ordinary auction, buyers compete to obtain a good or service, and the price typically increases over time. In a reverse auction, sellers compete to obtain business, and prices typically decrease over time.
FrozCo2 reverse auctions enable buyers to obtain the lowest prices and the most cost-effective work. The first step is to enter brief details of your Green Project in our wanted ads section, this initially broadcasts an indication of interest to our members. Next, when you are ready to begin, post your project details in our reverse auction section from your members area. Green Service Providers that want to compete for your project must pay a $10.00 reverse auction fee to participate. The lowest bid at the end of the auction is awarded the Green Project and the applicable end of auction fee is charged to the Green Service Provider.
